Change your habits - Change your life!

Every human being thrills at the thought of dream coming true!

The idea means deferent things to deferent people: to me it may means physical health, the ability to run, play and practice power yoga every day. To you it may means abundance, money, a big house, an expensive car, exotic vacations. To other person dreams may involve education, or happy and healthy relationship.

Whatever your personal desires may be, as long as they don’t hurt yourself or someone else – you have rights attain them… and you can!

The ability to attain your dream lies in your own mind and the way you use it.

First of all you must remember that you can think whatever you please. No one can direct your thought process. They are totally under your control.

In that respect you are independent, you are always have a choice to think positive or negative and how to react in any given situation.

Therefore you are in charge of your thoughts, your beliefs and your actions.

We have a different believes, many of us have a different opinions about creation of the world and it’s creator.

And the creator has a lot of deferent names –God, Spirit, Universal mind, Consciousness, Higher intelligent ….
It doesn’t matter how you call it, it’s Creation is GREAT!!!

Look at the human body!

Stop and think for a moment… it’s maintain itself on autopilot!!!

It keep us breathing, keeps our heart biting, take care of our temperature, circulates our blood, digest our food, eliminate refuse and it’s never stops, it does everything to keep us alive and in the best condition.

Certainly we need to be grateful for this law of creation that keeps this marvelous machinery of the body in operation!

Isn’t it GREAT!

At least we don’t have to think about bodily functions constantly during the day.

But it’s not all, there is the second part of law of creation- it’s your ability to think, to choose and to act.

Everything begins in your mind.
The first comes thought, then comes the action and then comes the consequences of the action.

Most of the actions became a habits.

The habit is the results of something we have done with conscious effort so many times, that now we don’t need to think about it specifically when we doing it.

We can walk and talk, we can drive the car and eat, or talk on the cell phone at the same time.

But we couldn’t do it at first. We had to form persistent thought pattern before these activities could be relies from our conscious attention.

In the matter of habit, you mind will accept any kind of thought pattern you persistently giving to it, and will automatically maintain that pattern for you.

In order to change bad habit for good one , it has to be particular pattern of thought. That pattern is created by the way you are thinking.

You are in control of your thoughts, so choose to think positive!

This five tips will help you start:

#1 Relax – you are in charge!
In charge of your thoughts, remember, your always have a choice.

#2 Set up the goals.
Write what do you really want in life.

#3 Change your self talk.
Be your own best friend, reward yourself often.

#4 Visualize.
See yourself in your mind eyes, as your dream already came true, what would be deferent?

#5 Have a positive attitude.
Expect only favorable and successful outcome
in every action and situation.

By changing your thinking, you’ll change your habits, by changing your habits you’ll change your life and your dreams will come true!

Healthy Self-Esteem.

I am fat, I am old, I am ugly.
I will be much happy IF I were thinner, taller, more beautiful, had a curly hair, strait hair, smaller nose, longer legs, and so on.
Do any of these statements sound familiar to you? Are you putting yourself down?
If so, guess what , you're not alone.

Why Are Self-Esteem and Body Image so Important?

Self-esteem is all about how much people value themselves, the pride they feel in themselves, and how worthwhile they feel. Self-esteem is important because feeling good about yourself can affect how you act. A person who has high self-esteem is confident and friendly, has more control of his or her behavior, and enjoying life more.
Body image is how a person feels about his or her own physical appearance.
For many people, body image can be closely linked to self-esteem. That’s because , they care more about how others see them.

Lots of other factors (like media images of skinny girls and bulked-up guys) can affect a person’s body image too.
Family life can influence a person’s self-esteem. Some partners spend more time criticizing each other on the way they look instead of praising and helping each other. This criticism may reduce person’s good self-esteem.
People may also experience negative comments and hurtful teasing about the way they look from friends. Although these comments often come from ignorance on the part of the person who makes them, sometimes they can affect a person's body image and self-esteem.

Healthy Self-Esteem

If you have a positive body image, you probably like and accept yourself the way you are. This healthy attitude allows you to enjoy other aspects of your life, such as enjoying a good friendships, have more confidence, and challenging yourself physically and mentally.

A positive, optimistic attitude help people have a strong self-esteem. For example, when you've made a mistake, just say "Hey, I'm a human," instead of "Wow, I'm such a loser."
And don’t blame others when things don't go as expected.
Knowing what makes you happy and how to meet your goals can help you feel capable, strong, and in control of your life. A positive attitude and a healthy lifestyle (such as exercising and eating right) are a great combination for building good self-esteem.

Healthy Body Image

Some people think they need to change how they look or act to feel good about themselves. Actually all you need to do is change the way you think about yourself.
The first thing to do is recognize that your body is your house you live in, no matter what shape, size, or color it comes in.
Next, identify which aspects of your appearance you can realistically change and which you can’t. Everyone (even the most perfect-seeming celebrities ) has things about themselves that they can't change and need to accept — like their height, for example, or their shoe size.
If there are things about yourself that you want to change and can (such as how fit you are), do this by making goals for yourself. For example, if you want to get fit, make a plan to exercise every day and eat nutritious foods. Then keep track of your progress until you reach your goal. Meeting a challenge you set for yourself is a great way to boost self-esteem!
If you don’t know where to start, then hiring a personal trainer, even for couple sessions, may help you jump start your exercise and nutrition program.
When you hear negative comments coming from within yourself, tell yourself to stop. Try building your self-esteem by giving yourself three compliments every day. While you're at it, every evening list three things in your day that really gave you pleasure. Write them down in your journal, if you wish. It can be anything from the way the sun felt on your face, the sound of your favorite music, or the way someone laughed at your jokes. By focusing on the good things you do and the positive aspects of your life, you can change how you feel about yourself.

Love yourself.

Have a Healthy self-esteem.

Healthy spirit.

• Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself to others. It is because we are different that each of us is special.
• Don't set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you.
• Don't take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as you would your life, for without them life is meaningless.
• Don't let life slip through your fingers by living in the past or for the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live up all the days of your life.
• Don't give up when you still have something left to give, Nothing is really over . . . till the moment you stop trying.
• Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect. It is this fragile thread that binds us together.
• Don't be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances, that we learn to be brave.
• Don't shut love out of your life by saying it's impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give love; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly; and the best way to keep love is to give it wings.
• Don't dismiss your dreams. To be without dreams is to be without hope; to be without hope is to be without purpose.
• Don't run through life so fast that you forget not only where you've been, but where you are going.
• Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored every step of the way.

Invest in yourself.

All of us try to managing our finances wisely, economizing, saving and reducing debt. However it's possible to take this too far, so that guilt stops you from spending any money on yourself. Money is the resources to get you things you need. And one of your needs is to enjoy your life.

Is there an item, event or service you 'd really like to purchase for yourself, but have been putting it off? Why?

If you think you don't deserve it, why do you feel that way?

How much harder you have to work, or how much more money you have to have before you justify treating yourself?

The chances are that your "worthiness threshold will be always out of reach, in which case now is a good time to commit to your enjoyment.

Investing in your health and personal development is the wisest investment you can make, and a payback will last a lifetime. Studies have shown than people who regularly participate in physical activities, and some intellectual, social and spiritual pursuit tend to live longer and in better health, than those who don't.

Let's get some exercise that will help you to decide how you want to invest in yourself and how to convert intention into action.

#1 Make a list of ways in which you might like to invest in yourself.
Some maybe simple as to see a play. Other may take more planning- such as study for a degree, hire a personal trainer or take a healthy cooking class.

#2 For each item on your list write down how much time and money you will need to make it happen.

#3 For those projects that will require an extended time commitment or a large financial investment, devise a preliminary schedule to help your budget and focus on one stage at a time.

#4 Putt one of your plan into action this week. If you have a limited time, choose something relatively simple. Otherwise you can start on bigger project.

#5 Schedule some "self-investment" time into your calendar at least ones a month - although ones a week would be better, as your "dividends" would be greater.

Balance Your Life.

Have you ever dreamed of living a perfect life?

Life where you love your job and do it well, where you have fulfilling relationship with friends and family, life where you are health, energize and pain free and your home is your comfortable haven.

I can’t promise that you will retire at 50, or reach the pinnacle of your profession, or be immune to worry, but I am telling you that you can live a life that is rich and balance- - one in which you have enough time to do what you want to do in addition to chores such as cooking, cleaning and so on.

The hart of the balance life is a clear vision of what is important to you and what you want to achieve.

When you take a good look a the way you are living, you may be surprise to find that you are devoting a disproportionate amount of time and effort to issues that are important to someone else, but have a little value for you.

Understanding what’s really matter to you, helps you to set a priorities and devise objectives to reflect them.

Balance is a choice.
It doesn’t happen by itself. Nor should it be taken for a granted. Balance only accurse, if you make it happen.
So many things in life is being our control, but we spend a lot of time trying to control them anyway. Living a balance life is not about of being in control of all things, but rather about managing those things over which we do have a influence and managing our reaction to everything else.

Achieving balance life won’t be always easy, but it’s certainly well worth the effort. I hope you will achieve the life of your aspiration and lead it with great satisfaction and fulfillment. It’s yours to create and live!
