“Law of Attraction” is the Law of the Universe, became very popular in America lately. It’s stands for:

The Law of Attraction
Still there are so many people who thinks and believe that it’s absolutely nonsense. Oh well, the good thing is that we are all have a choice what to believe, where to putt our attention and focus on and how to live our life. The question is , does the believes you have about your self and actions you do every day serving you well? Are you happy with who you are, do you live the life you want to live in the body you are proud of? Where is your attention and focus?
We all have a free will and we always can make a choice, then why so many times we make a “wrong” choices.
We eat the food what we convinced is bad for our body, we drink alcohol, we smoke and we do all kind of crazy staff which is – we know not good for us. Who made those choices?
Yes, right, we do!
Ok, we “choose” to overeat, or our choice is not healthy food, we “choose” do not exercise, and instead we sit in front of TV with whole bag of potato chips… and then we are unhappy and mad at ourselves because the outcome of our actions is : overweight body and low energy level.
Now I would love to introduce you to another “Law of the universe” :“ Cause and effect.” And do you believe in it my friend or not this law is working for you the same way as it’s working for me.
The differences are that I know this law, I believe in this law and I use this law for my benefits. I know if I will stop working out and start eating junk food, I will gain weight, became grumpy and won’t have energy… If I know for sure that this is exactly what will happen, why would I choose to do so, if I don’t want this outcome?
Or if I will choose it ,why would I be mad at the results I will have ?
It’s just an EFFECT of my CAUSE.
I know some of you will say: “- Oh, well, I do want to work out and make a good choices with food, BUT… I don’t have a time to go to the gym, I don’t know what it’s mean “good” choices of food, I don’t have extra money to hire the professionals to help me to understand how my body works, I don’t, I don’t ,I don’t…
And here is a truth:
#1 We all have a 24 hours per day, how we prioritize those hours that makes a differences, I am working with clients for several years I can tell you than many people have at least 3-4 hours a day wasted…
#2 You don’t have to go to the gym if that’s a problem, you can go for a walk or do some squats and push ups at home, move your body, it’s meant to be active… “Use it or lose it.”
#3 If you don’t know what is “the better choices of the food” means , please, read materials on this topic, or even easier: get back to the basic: veggies, fruits, fish, chicken and a whole grains, eat a small portions, ask your self if you are hungry before you start eating, eat at the table slowly and enjoy your meal.
#4 The money you don’t want to spend on professional to help you to live a healthy and happy life, will be spend on something else, not voluble to you any way.
People buying a baggy clothes to “hide” them selves behind it, or they go “just to shopping” to buy something to make them feel better, but it’s works only for several days and person repeat the cycle, and doctors bills can be much more expensive…
Conclusion of my writing is: To only want something it is not enough, you need to “live it”.
Complaining about your body, your life, will bring more of negative feelings and won’t help you to look good and feel happy.
There is no happiness outside of you , it’s all inside.
External world can’t make a decisions for you. It’s all your choices.
Respect your body and your body will respond accordingly.
Where is your focus, your attention?
If you don’t like the EFFECTS you get in your life, please, change the CAUSE, it’s your choice…
