POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS.

You may use the Affirmations when you meditate.

What is a positive affirmation? According to Wikipedia:

“… an affirmation is a form of autosuggestion in which a statement of a desirable intention or condition of the world or the mind is deliberately meditated on and/or repeated in order to implant it in the mind. Many believers recommend accompanying recitations with mental visualization of a desired outcome.”

There are some rules need to be applied to be successful with affirmations:

#1 An affirmation needs to be in present tense

#2 It needs to be specific

#3 It needs to be personal

For example, instead of saying - “I want to get fit”.

I would say: - “I am fit.”

Below, I am sharing with you some of my favorite Affirmations, but feel free to came up with your own and declare this truth every day until it’s manifests in your physical reality.

v Today I choose to honor my beauty, my strength and my uniqueness

v I choose to see the divine perfection in every cell of my body

v I treat myself with kindness and respect

v I open to the natural flow of wellness now

v I fulfill my life purpose by starting here, right now

v Today I awaken to my higher wisdom

v My body has its own wisdom and I trust that wisdom completely

v I am my own best friend and cheerleader

v By becoming peace, I create peace in every experience

v I now feel calm and peaceful in every cell of my body

v Today I will truly enjoy my life and be fully alive

v Every step I take leads me toward my life purpose

v My beliefs create my physical reality

v Every day in every way I get stronger and more confident

v I replace negatives with positives

v I am valuable and lovable

v I appreciate all that I have, all that I am and all that I do

v I love and accept myself just the way I am

v I am always safe and protected

v All my relationships are loving and harmonious

v I am easily reach and maintain my ideal weight

v I can choose happiness whenever I wish, no matter what the circumstances are

v I nourish my mind, body and soul

v I choose to exercise regularly

v I release any desperation and allow love to find me

v I respect my abilities and always work to my full potential

v My body is healthy and functioning perfectly

v I take time to relax and enjoy life

v I am flexible and open to change in every aspect of my life

v I am surrounded with loving, caring people in my life

v I create abundance in all that I say and do

v I create health by expressing love, understanding and compassion

v Everything is working out for my highest good

v I trust my inner wisdom

v I am always in right place, at right time , among the right people
