Let see how we can turning our dreams into reality...
Achieving your dreams and goals depends on several factors:

1. Have a specific goal.
2 Be sure that you really want to achieve your goal.
3. Have a clear mental image of your goal. (see the picture :)
4. Have strong desire to have it.
5. Disregard and reject all doubts and thoughts about failure.
6. Show confidence and faith and persevere until you gain success.

How many people fulfill all the above-mentioned requirements? Just a few! Most people do not know that there are some laws governing success, which should be followed.

It is so easy and simple to daydream and then say, "Well it is just a daydream. It will never come true". It is so easy to give up due to lack of faith.

Achieving your goals shouldn't be a tough ordeal. In fact, it can be fun and pleasure, if you go in the right way. It is not hard physical work that brings success. Great success does not require hard physical labor. In fact, you need to do mental work.

Visualization and repeating affirmations make up this mental work, and are important stepping stones to achieving success. When you visualize and affirm you focus and channel your energies toward your goal. Your mind is geared toward finding solutions to bring your goal into manifestation.

By thinking in a positive manner on your goal, and not letting any doubts enter your mind, your intuition starts working, you see opportunities, and you have energy at your disposal to follow your goals and dreams.

Some people listen to subliminal messages, for programming their minds for success. There are many CD's available today, which implant subliminal messages into the mind, so as to activate its power. Some people prefer to use them, because this does not require any effort on their part. It is said that these subliminal messages, which go straight to the subconscious mind, bring faster results. Maybe they do, but then you have no control on what goes into your mind.

When you visualize and affirm your goals and write them down, you gain much more then just programming your mind passively with subliminal messages. The attention, intention and energy you channel toward visualizing and affirming, develop in you inner strength, concentration, willpower and self-discipline. You actively develop your inner powers.

One of the advantages of visualization and affirmations is that you can use them wherever you are, at any time, without the necessity of any external instruments. All you need is your mind.

Success appears in various ways, sometimes in a miraculous way, sometimes in an ordinary way, and sometimes through an opportunity that appears. A door opens, but you have to get in and take advantage of the opportunity.

Correctly following these methods will bring you more ambition, inspiration and motivation, which would enhance your chances of success.

Remember, there are big goals and there are many small daily goals, which visualization and affirmations can make them easier and faster to achieve.

People often erroneously think that goals mean only big goals, such as:
becoming wealthy, lose 20-70 lb,
getting an expensive car,
possessing a big house with a swimming pool,
building a very successful business.

The truth is that the following are no less important goals:
getting to work on time, being active on daily basics,
spending more time with the family,
reading a book,
going to see a movie,
eating less.

How do you visualize and affirm?
Are there any special rules and instructions?
Yes, there are!
Like any other subject, if you want to do it right you need to study it right. It is simple and easy to learn to achieve success through visualization and affirmations. Anyone can learn to use them right.

Browse my website www.eurofitllc.com and you will find a lot of practical and useful informationLarisa Simpsonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00266101155879324108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3944103097180819563.post-85825706342439238232008-02-13T12:00:00.000-07:002008-02-13T14:15:58.874-07:00Have the body you want by using Law of “Cause and Effect.”“Law of Attraction” is the Law of the Universe, became very popular in America lately. It’s stands for:

“You attract to your
life whatever you give
energy, attention, and
focus to, whether wanted
or unwanted.”

~ Michael Losier, author
The Law of Attraction

Still there are so many people who thinks and believe that it’s absolutely nonsense. Oh well, the good thing is that we are all have a choice what to believe, where to putt our attention and focus on and how to live our life. The question is , does the believes you have about your self and actions you do every day serving you well? Are you happy with who you are, do you live the life you want to live in the body you are proud of? Where is your attention and focus?

We all have a free will and we always can make a choice, then why so many times we make a “wrong” choices.

We eat the food what we convinced is bad for our body, we drink alcohol, we smoke and we do all kind of crazy staff which is – we know not good for us. Who made those choices?

Yes, right, we do!

Ok, we “choose” to overeat, or our choice is not healthy food, we “choose” do not exercise, and instead we sit in front of TV with whole bag of potato chips… and then we are unhappy and mad at ourselves because the outcome of our actions is : overweight body and low energy level.

Now I would love to introduce you to another “Law of the universe” :“ Cause and effect.” And do you believe in it my friend or not this law is working for you the same way as it’s working for me.

The differences are that I know this law, I believe in this law and I use this law for my benefits. I know if I will stop working out and start eating junk food, I will gain weight, became grumpy and won’t have energy… If I know for sure that this is exactly what will happen, why would I choose to do so, if I don’t want this outcome?
Or if I will choose it ,why would I be mad at the results I will have ?
It’s just an EFFECT of my CAUSE.

I know some of you will say: “- Oh, well, I do want to work out and make a good choices with food, BUT… I don’t have a time to go to the gym, I don’t know what it’s mean “good” choices of food, I don’t have extra money to hire the professionals to help me to understand how my body works, I don’t, I don’t ,I don’t…

And here is a truth:

#1 We all have a 24 hours per day, how we prioritize those hours that makes a differences, I am working with clients for several years I can tell you than many people have at least 3-4 hours a day wasted…

#2 You don’t have to go to the gym if that’s a problem, you can go for a walk or do some squats and push ups at home, move your body, it’s meant to be active… “Use it or lose it.”

#3 If you don’t know what is “the better choices of the food” means , please, read materials on this topic, or even easier: get back to the basic: veggies, fruits, fish, chicken and a whole grains, eat a small portions, ask your self if you are hungry before you start eating, eat at the table slowly and enjoy your meal.

#4 The money you don’t want to spend on professional to help you to live a healthy and happy life, will be spend on something else, not voluble to you any way.
People buying a baggy clothes to “hide” them selves behind it, or they go “just to shopping” to buy something to make them feel better, but it’s works only for several days and person repeat the cycle, and doctors bills can be much more expensive…

Conclusion of my writing is: To only want something it is not enough, you need to “live it”.
Complaining about your body, your life, will bring more of negative feelings and won’t help you to look good and feel happy.
There is no happiness outside of you , it’s all inside.
External world can’t make a decisions for you. It’s all your choices.
Respect your body and your body will respond accordingly.
Where is your focus, your attention?
If you don’t like the EFFECTS you get in your life, please, change the CAUSE, it’s your choice…Larisa Simpsonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00266101155879324108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3944103097180819563.post-76004314490156562812007-12-03T10:35:00.000-07:002007-12-03T12:55:47.639-07:00As you think so you become. Most of us thinking that our body and mind are separate system and believe they function independently. We feed and water our bodies, take it for a walk, exercise and enjoy it’s sensory capabilities.

And we feed our mind with ideas and all vireos sorts of entertainment, while also experiencing all sorts of emotions that we usually attribute to the way we treat ourselves or how other people treat us: making us feel either good or bad.

When something goes wrong with any of these systems we usually go to someone to sort it out, such as a doctor to treat the body or a psychotherapist to treat the mind.

Don’t you know they are connected?

Do you recall the last time you had an job interview? Or went on the first date with someone you really want to impress?

In either case, no doubt you wanted to appear calm and confident but at the same time you feel very nervous and self-conscious.

Do you remember how your body felt?
Self consciousness will contract your muscles, you will sweet more than usual, you feel slightly nervous, and you will probably fluff your words, just when you want to appear so confident. In other words your emotional state affect your physical body.

What I am saying here is, that Body and Mind not two but One operating system that effect and accompanied each other. By learning the Body Mind language of signals and symptoms you can learn what is being repressed or ignored in your emotions and the effect this is having on your physical body.

In the words of the great Indian Yogi Paramahansa Yogananda: “ There is an innate connection between the mind and the body… All diseases have their origins in the mind. The pains that effect the physical body are secondary disease.”

Over the next week, watch how your emotion effect your physical body. Write about these experience in your journal.

1 What physical feelings you are experiencing when you are irritated or frustrated?
What happen to your breathing, shoulders, back or stomach?

2 What Happen to your body when you worried or anxious about something?
Where do you hold your anxiety? What physical effects does it have?
Do fear about the future create the pain in your stomach or in your legs?

3 Watch your reactions.
What happen inside of you, when someone shouts at you?
Do you have a headache because you were shouted at, or because you feel insecure and angry? What do you do with angry feelings?
Do you express them, or is there somewhere you putt them?
Do you swallow hard, clench your muscle or constipated?

4 Observe the effect of memories.
What happen if you recall past event?
Do you feel relaxed or do you break out in sweet and feel nervous?
Pay a particular attention to what happen when you recall unhappy memories.
As you follow these memories watch where in your body there is a reaction.

5 Analyze illness and injuries.
Think back to past illness or time when you where hurt. Note the parts of your body that were involved. Have you always had a recurring headaches? Have you always hurt on the same side of your body?

Observe yourself, your reactions, and your body. As you do this . you will begin to see how closely all the deferent parts of your being, both physical and psycho/emotional, are interwoven.

For your complementary session with “Body & Mind” Coaching
please contact Larisa at (303) -359-2736
Or visit : www.eurofitllc.comLarisa Simpsonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00266101155879324108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3944103097180819563.post-15094295520304474032007-11-26T11:32:00.000-07:002007-11-26T11:34:31.646-07:00Learn to love your body.Your body is the temple of your soul. We had to form persistent thought pattern before these activities could be relies from our conscious attention.

In the matter of habit, you mind will accept any kind of thought pattern you persistently giving to it, and will automatically maintain that pattern for you.

In order to change bad habit for good one , it has to be particular pattern of thought. Are you putting yourself down?
If so, guess what , you're not alone.

Why Are Self-Esteem and Body Image so Important?

Self-esteem is all about how much people value themselves, the pride they feel in themselves, and how worthwhile they feel. Self-esteem is important because feeling good about yourself can affect how you act. A person who has high self-esteem is confident and friendly, has more control of his or her behavior, and enjoying life more.
Body image is how a person feels about his or her own physical appearance.
For many people, body image can be closely linked to self-esteem. That’s because , they care more about how others see them.

Lots of other factors (like media images of skinny girls and bulked-up guys) can affect a person’s body image too.
Family life can influence a person’s self-esteem. Some partners spend more time criticizing each other on the way they look instead of praising and helping each other. This criticism may reduce person’s good self-esteem.
People may also experience negative comments and hurtful teasing about the way they look from friends. Although these comments often come from ignorance on the part of the person who makes them, sometimes they can affect a person's body image and self-esteem.

Healthy Self-Esteem

If you have a positive body image, you probably like and accept yourself the way you are. This healthy attitude allows you to enjoy other aspects of your life, such as enjoying a good friendships, have more confidence, and challenging yourself physically and mentally.

A positive, optimistic attitude help people have a strong self-esteem. For example, when you've made a mistake, just say "Hey, I'm a human," instead of "Wow, I'm such a loser."
And don’t blame others when things don't go as expected.
Knowing what makes you happy and how to meet your goals can help you feel capable, strong, and in control of your life. A positive attitude and a healthy lifestyle (such as exercising and eating right) are a great combination for building good self-esteem.

Healthy Body Image

Some people think they need to change how they look or act to feel good about themselves. Actually all you need to do is change the way you think about yourself.
The first thing to do is recognize that your body is your house you live in, no matter what shape, size, or color it comes in.
Next, identify which aspects of your appearance you can realistically change and which you can’t. Everyone (even the most perfect-seeming celebrities ) has things about themselves that they can't change and need to accept — like their height, for example, or their shoe size.
If there are things about yourself that you want to change and can (such as how fit you are), do this by making goals for yourself. For example, if you want to get fit, make a plan to exercise every day and eat nutritious foods. Then keep track of your progress until you reach your goal. Meeting a challenge you set for yourself is a great way to boost self-esteem!
If you don’t know where to start, then hiring a personal trainer, even for couple sessions, may help you jump start your exercise and nutrition program.
When you hear negative comments coming from within yourself, tell yourself to stop. Try building your self-esteem by giving yourself three compliments every day. While you're at it, every evening list three things in your day that really gave you pleasure. Write them down in your journal, if you wish. It can be anything from the way the sun felt on your face, the sound of your favorite music, or the way someone laughed at your jokes. By focusing on the good things you do and the positive aspects of your life, you can change how you feel about yourself.

Love yourself.

Have a Healthy self-esteem.

www.EuroFitLLC.comLarisa Simpsonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00266101155879324108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3944103097180819563.post-3011426672685559662007-08-19T17:25:00.000-06:002007-08-19T17:28:31.648-06:00Healthy spirit.• Don't undermine your worth by comparing yourself to others. It is because we are different that each of us is special.
• Don't set your goals by what other people deem important. Only you know what is best for you.
• Don't take for granted the things closest to your heart. Cling to them as you would your life, for without them life is meaningless.
• Don't let life slip through your fingers by living in the past or for the future. By living your life one day at a time, you live up all the days of your life.
• Don't give up when you still have something left to give, Nothing is really over . . . till the moment you stop trying.
• Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect. It is this fragile thread that binds us together.
• Don't be afraid to encounter risks. It is by taking chances, that we learn to be brave.
• Don't shut love out of your life by saying it's impossible to find. The quickest way to receive love is to give love; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly; and the best way to keep love is to give it wings.
• Don't dismiss your dreams. To be without dreams is to be without hope; to be without hope is to be without purpose.
• Don't run through life so fast that you forget not only where you've been, but where you are going.
• Life is not a race, but a journey to be savored every step of the way.Larisa Simpsonhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/00266101155879324108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3944103097180819563.post-44846031978615157332007-08-15T10:41:00.000-06:002007-08-15T11:38:56.378-06:00Invest in yourself. All of us try to managing our finances wisely, economizing, saving and reducing debt. However it's possible to take this too far, so that guilt stops you from spending any money on yourself. Money is the resources to get you things you need. And one of your needs is to enjoy your life.

Is there an item, event or service you 'd really like to purchase for yourself, but have been putting it off? Why?

If you think you don't deserve it, why do you feel that way?

How much harder you have to work, or how much more money you have to have before you justify treating yourself?

The chances are that your "worthiness threshold will be always out of reach, in which case now is a good time to commit to your enjoyment.

Investing in your health and personal development is the wisest investment you can make, and a payback will last a lifetime. Studies have shown than people who regularly participate in physical activities, and some intellectual, social and spiritual pursuit tend to live longer and in better health, than those who don't.

Let's get some exercise that will help you to decide how you want to invest in yourself and how to convert intention into action.

#1 Make a list of ways in which you might like to invest in yourself.
Some maybe simple as to see a play.
